Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-05
This policy explains how OpenOasis Limited handles personal information when you use the aiimage.com website or the optional AIImage Quick Prompt Chrome extension. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how it is stored, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
aiimage.com is an AI image generation service operated by OpenOasis Limited, a company registered at 807A, 8/F, TWO HARBOURFRONT, 22 TAK FUNG ST, HUNG HOM, HONG KONG. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you create an account, generate images, pay for credits, or use AIImage Quick Prompt, how we use that information, and the choices you have. It applies to the aiimage.com website and to the AIImage Quick Prompt Chrome extension.
We have tried to keep this policy specific and readable. It describes what actually happens when you use aiimage.com or AIImage Quick Prompt, from sending a prompt, signing up and uploading a reference image to saving a result and buying credits, rather than listing everything a service of this kind might conceivably do.
AIImage Quick Prompt Chrome Extension
AIImage Quick Prompt lets you type a prompt in the extension popup or explicitly select text on a webpage and send it through the extension’s right-click command. The extension opens a supported creation page on aiimage.com and fills the prompt field. It does not start image generation automatically.
The prompt text is temporarily held on your device in chrome.storage.session and tied to the newly opened AIImage tab. It is removed after a successful handoff or when that tab closes, and it expires after no more than 10 minutes. The prompt text is not placed in the page URL.
The extension stores your chosen interface language in chrome.storage.local so that it can remember the preference. The extension has no analytics or advertising trackers. Before the text is inserted into aiimage.com, the extension does not send it to a separate developer-operated server, and we do not log or sell the temporary copy or use it for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or human review.
Once the extension inserts prompt text into aiimage.com, that text becomes information you provide to the website and is handled under the other sections of this policy. The extension does not collect or transmit account passwords, payment information, cookies, browsing history, or unrelated page content. On supported AIImage creation pages, it locally examines only the page structure and prompt-field state needed to locate, fill and verify the prompt field.
Information We Collect
When you register with an email address, we collect that address and the password you set, along with the verification codes we send to confirm the address. Registration and password resets require you to pass an image challenge before a code is sent, so we also process the results of those checks. If you sign in with Google, including through Google One Tap, we receive the basic account information Google shares with us, such as your name and email address.
When you use the generator we collect the content you provide: text prompts of up to 20,000 characters, and any reference images you upload. Uploads are limited to JPEG, PNG and WebP files of up to 10 MB each, and to four images per generation. We also store the images the service produces for you, so that they stay available in My Works.
If you buy a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time credit pack, we keep a record of the transaction, including what was purchased, the amount, the date and the status. These records appear in your account centre alongside your subscription and your profile. Payment itself is handled by our payment provider, and we do not receive or store your full card number. We also record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
Why We Collect It and How We Use It
We use your email address and the account information from Google to create and secure your account, to confirm that the address belongs to you, to let you reset your password, and to contact you about your own account when that is necessary, such as security or service notices. The image challenge and the emailed verification codes exist to keep automated abuse and account takeover attempts away from the service.
Prompts and reference images are used to produce the results you ask for, to return those results to you, and to keep them in My Works. Credit balances and transaction records are used to run billing correctly: to deduct the credits a generation consumes, to manage renewals and cancellations, and to answer questions about a charge. We also look at usage in aggregate to find faults and improve the product.
We may process this information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate abuse, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or your uploaded images to advertise to you.
Storage, Retention and Security
Your account data, uploaded reference images and generated results are stored on servers run by us or by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service and support you, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than as readable text, which means nobody at OpenOasis Limited can read your password back.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. If you want particular generated images or reference uploads removed from your account, write to us and we will take care of it. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, to remember basic preferences you set, and to keep the site secure. Some of these are necessary for the site to function at all; without them you cannot stay logged in as you move between pages. We also use them to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so that we can fix problems and improve it.
Most browsers let you inspect, block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the cookies we rely on for sign-in will prevent you from using an account on aiimage.com. If we introduce cookies for purposes beyond the ones described here, we will say so, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent first.
Your Rights and Choices
You can view and update your profile and manage your subscription at any time in your account centre, and your payment records are available there as well. If you want a copy of the personal information we hold about you, a correction to something you cannot change yourself in the product, or images removed from My Works, write to us and we will help.
You can also ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent: generated images, uploaded references and any unused credits are lost, and a small set of records may be retained where the law requires us to keep them, such as transaction records for accounting. We aim to respond to requests of this kind within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing, to request a portable copy of your data, or to complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact us and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.
Children
aiimage.com is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and older where the law where you live sets a higher age for using an online service without a parent's consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age, and we do not design or market the service for them.
If you believe a child has created an account or sent us personal information, please contact us. Once we have confirmed it, we will close the account and delete the information we hold, apart from anything we are legally required to keep. Parents and guardians with questions about how the service works are welcome to write to us as well.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service changes or as legal requirements change. The current version is always on this page, and the date shown with it tells you when it was last revised. Continuing to use aiimage.com after an update means you accept the revised policy, so it is worth checking the date when you return.
If a change is significant, for example if we begin using your information for a materially different purpose, we will give notice on the site or by email to the address on your account before the change takes effect. Where a change requires your consent, we will ask for it rather than assume it.
