Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-09-05
These terms explain what you can expect from aiimage.com and what we expect from you. Please read them before you create an account or buy credits. They cover how accounts work, what you may and may not generate, who owns the images, how credits and subscriptions are billed, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and OpenOasis Limited, the company that operates aiimage.com. aiimage.com is an online tool that generates images from text prompts and from reference images you upload. By creating an account, signing in, buying credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use aiimage.com.
The aiimage.com website is the primary interface for the service. We also offer the optional AIImage Quick Prompt Chrome extension, which carries text you type or explicitly select to a supported AIImage creation page and prefills the prompt without starting generation automatically. These terms cover both the website and the extension, including image generation, your saved works and your account settings. Where we refer to we, us or our below, we mean OpenOasis Limited, whose registered address is given at the end of this document.
Eligibility and Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, or at least 13 years old and using aiimage.com with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that you are not barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you, and that the information you give us when registering is accurate and kept up to date.
You can register with an email address and a password, or sign in with a Google account, including through Google One Tap. When you register with an email address or reset your password, you will be asked to pass an image verification step and then to enter a verification code that we send to that address. Please keep your email account and your password secure, because anyone with access to them can reach your works and your credits.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Write to [email protected] as soon as you think someone else has used it without your permission. One person should not maintain several accounts in order to obtain benefits they are not entitled to, to work around usage limits, or to get around a suspension, and accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred to anyone else.
Acceptable Use
You may not use aiimage.com to create, upload or share material that breaks the law; that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights; that attacks or demeans people because of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics; that is sexually explicit, or that sexualises minors in any way; or that impersonates a real person or organisation, including deceptive images of public figures presented as genuine.
You also may not attempt to disrupt the service or the systems behind it, work around usage limits, credit deductions or verification steps, submit prompts in bulk by automated means, or resell access to your account. Prompts are limited to 20,000 characters, and we may refuse a request, or stop one that is already running, where we consider that it breaches these rules.
If we believe content or behaviour breaches this section, we may remove the material, refuse further generations, limit features, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious the problem is. Where the law requires it, we may also report material to the relevant authorities. You can write to [email protected] if you believe a decision was wrong.
Content You Upload
You can upload reference images to guide a generation. Uploads must be JPEG, PNG or WebP files, each no larger than 10MB, and you can attach up to four images to a single request. We may reject files that fall outside these limits, or that we consider unlawful or unsafe, and we may adjust the limits as the service develops.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, reformat and process your uploads and prompts for the purpose of producing your results, keeping them in your account, and operating and securing the site. You confirm that you hold the rights to every image you upload, including the agreement of anyone recognisable in it, and that uploading it does not break the law.
Your results are saved to My Works, where you can view them and download them. We do not promise to keep them there indefinitely, and images removed at your request cannot be recovered afterwards, so please keep your own copies of anything you want to be certain of keeping.
Images You Generate
As between you and us, the images you generate are yours. To the extent that we hold any rights in them, we pass those rights to you once the generation has been paid for with credits, and you may use the results for personal or commercial purposes, provided you keep to these terms and to the law. We do not claim a share of anything you earn from them.
Because results come from an AI model, we cannot promise that yours will be unique. Other users writing similar prompts may receive similar images, and we make no promise that a result is free of anyone else's rights. If you plan to use an image commercially, as a logo, in advertising, or in any setting where the stakes are high, you should check it yourself and take legal advice where that is sensible.
We may keep prompts and results in order to run the service, answer support requests, investigate abuse and meet legal obligations. We may also use anonymous, aggregated information about how the service is used, such as counts of generations, to understand demand and to improve the product. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Credits, Subscriptions and Payment
aiimage.com runs on credits. Each generation costs credits, and the amount depends on what you ask for. You can obtain credits through a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time credit pack. Prices, the credits included in each plan, and the cost of a generation are shown on the site before you buy, and we may change them for future purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the subscription section of your account centre; cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your payment history and your profile are also kept in the account centre.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money. If a purchase goes wrong, or you change your mind, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the payment. We will refund a subscription period or a credit pack that has not been used, and we may decline a refund where the credits have already been spent or where we see signs of abuse.
Changes to the Service and Suspension
We are still developing aiimage.com, so features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and the models behind the service may be updated or replaced. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or problems with providers we depend on, and we cannot promise that it will be free of errors or reachable at all times.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we need to protect other users or the service itself. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. You may stop using aiimage.com at any time, and you can ask us at [email protected] to close your account.
If we decide to withdraw the service altogether, we will give notice through the site or by email and will deal fairly with subscriptions and unused credits that you have already paid for. A routine change to a feature, a price for future purchases, or an underlying model is not treated as a withdrawal of the service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
aiimage.com is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied, about the service or about the images it produces. In particular we do not warrant that a result will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, safe to use in a given context, or acceptable to a third party such as a client or a publishing platform.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business or lost goodwill, or for the loss or corruption of data or images. Our total liability to you for all claims connected with the service, however they arise, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of aiimage.com, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and OpenOasis Limited agree that the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
Before starting formal proceedings, please write to [email protected] and describe the problem. Most issues, including billing questions and decisions about content, can be settled quickly that way, and we will make a genuine effort to reach a fair outcome with you before either side turns to the courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date shown with it. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice on the site or by email to the address registered to your account before the change takes effect.
Continued use of aiimage.com after a change takes effect means that you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the service, and you may ask us to close your account. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
